Our consulting approach
Core mission, vision, values and fondest aspiration are the most important articulations of an organization’s reason for being. The general concept for the organization is born from the founder’s creative spark with an idea of what this thought was meant to accomplish. Many forces can pull organizations away from this core, which can include any number of changes, from societal change, wishes from major clients or pressure from funders, political climate, staff members, and many more. The important thing to remember is that although the view of the core spark can be slightly adapted from time to time, the thrust of the organization must remain true to itself in order to maintain equilibrium with all its operating structures and strategy. Also, no one area that supports the core ought to gain more importance than the other areas at any given point, or again, equilibrium will be lost.
From this point of view, the concept of the Convergent Focus model and consulting approach were developed. The promise to you is that any work performed is customized to and respects the unique needs and culture of your organization.
